Park City Cub Scout Pack 3072

The primary purpose of Cub Scouts is to build character, develop citizenship, and promote personal fitness in young boys and girls, in kindergarten through fifth grade. It's a family-oriented program that uses fun, hands-on activities to teach values and life skills. 

Upcoming Events

The Pack is in the Crossroads of the West Council which runs Scouting America programs in Utah, Southeast Idaho, and Southwest Wyoming. The Council operates over ten Camps, high adventure bases and ropes courses throughout its territory. Here is a link to the Council Calendar

  • During the school year there is a hour and a half pack meeting roughly once per month, and a hour long Den meeting once per month (grade level groups), on Sunday evenings. Activities and advancement run concurrent with the school year and include 2 campouts, pinewood derby, rocket launch, bike rodeo, and more!

  • For Lions (kindergarten): The pack will provide you with a Lion’s t-shirt.

    For Tigers and up: The pack will provide you with a den appropriate navy blue or khaki uniform shirt.

    Hats, belts, class-A slacks or shorts are not required - most scouts wear jeans or school slacks.

  • We warmly welcome any interested families with children in grades K through 5 regardless of previous participation. Girls and boys are actively encouraged to join regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or socioeconomic status.

    After 5th grade Scouts join a Troop and participate in Scouts BSA.

Pack 3072 Leadership

Cub Scout leadership roles include the Cubmaster, Den Leaders, and Pack Committee members, all working together to deliver the program to Cub Scouts. Adults in these roles need to be at least 21 years old, registered with Scouting America, and complete required training such as Safeguarding Youth and position specific training.
